Thistly Cross Cider first established production in the autumn of 2008. Since then, we have released a range of traditional, farmhouse and fruit Ciders to much acclaim and popularity. As we are set on Belhaven Fruit Farm, we place a focus on hand made, small batch ciders, slow fermented, long matured and made with good quality, locally sourced ingredients. Thistly Cross have a Cider for everyone and every season: a warming Ginger Cider 4% made with fresh root ginger: a fruity Strawberry Cider 4% made with soft fruit from our Farm: an oaky Whisky Cask Cider 6.9%, matured in exGlenglassaugh casks: a floral Elderflower 4% / 0.5% made with real Elderflowers, and our best selling Farmhouse Ciders - Original 7.2% and  Traditional 4.4%.

From a strong East Lothian following, Thistly Cross now exports around the UK and to more than seven different countries including USA, Germany, Australia and the Far East. We look forward to continuing to build and grow Thistly Cross and have significant plans for future expansion in the near future.
