On 10 November, 2013 The Rocks Restaurant with Rooms in Dunbar was voted in a list of Britain’s top 130 restaurants under £50 and in the top ten in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
You can image the delight of the Findlay family and their 25 staff when news of this great achievement was published. A double celebration as November, 2013 also marks their 10th anniversary at The Rocks.
This small friendly restaurant with 11 bedrooms, is a great favourite for all who visit East Lothian. The friendly and professional welcome is The Rocks’ trademark with locally sourced food served in an informal, cosy atmosphere.
Head Chef, Ian Johnstone, leads the team of six chefs and their carefully chosen menu provides a diverse choice of local and seasonal foods from delicious local fish and chips to a variety of game dishes. Not forgetting, mouth-watering steaks and delicious home made sweets.
